SPLASHY ADVENTURE ISLAND

As a water park, we accept everyone to visit here, so it’s possible to have some disabled guests or some other guests who have the special needs. I am the manager of Children activities, so I need to care about the children’s needs. I would prepare some deck chairs for those who might be sleeping during their time in the children’s center. And the stroller for the very young children. For those who might be disabled, I would offer them the wheelchair and some facilities to make sure that they have fun here. I will design some special activities for them as well. The design of toilet would be accordance with those children, too.
In our Quick Service Restaurant, we make sure guest can eat food that they can enjoy. We offer vegan and vegetarian entree or meals to those who can't eat dairy or meat. We warn guests with trigger ingredients and are highlighted in the menu. Here at Splashy Adventure island, we make sure to accommodate all different types of guests and make sure we meet their needs.
For guests with special needs at the bath house, I will make some private rooms to avoid them from being looked from other people. In addition, I think some chairs need for guests with disabilities to help them easy to change their clothes, also it should be with a guardrail and be only one floor. Also, guests will need lockers for personal belongings, so I will make more than 500 lockers for them for each man and women’s bath house
Some guests have disability, so we should have special rubber tubes which is bigger than usual and support their body. And staff should keep attention and safety. There is height restriction of water slides for safety of children.
It is important that our guests with special needs enjoy the park as much as anyone else. We will offer devices that help these guests use our amenities as well as our common areas. We will offer a pool lift at our pools. This pool lift will allow our guests with special needs to use our pool without restrictions. Our restrooms and shower towers will all have grab bars for our guests. The restrooms will also include a shorter sink, where guests can utilize it and not risk themselves. We also understand that our guests with special needs might not be able to stand for long periods of time. We will provide them with a separate line with less waiting time, both at the gate and in the park.
