 In order to improve the satisfaction of employees, we will have assessment how they work. If we can see any improvement of their service and jobs, they can get a one-day free entrance ticket to the water park. Also, we have 10 % discount off food and beverage at the water park for employees who have worked for more than 1 years. 

 

     In order to improve the satisfaction of customers, when they have some complaints or problems with us, we try to have made an one on one time. 

When I worked in Africa, my leader was nice to me, he gave us some days off vacation to travel around the country that I worked, and he sometimes cooked for us.

And now I am working in Disney, my manager sometimes wrote the thank card to me for confirming my good job, I am happy about that. But to be honest, how I wish my manager could remake the schedule because I don’t want to work only in the night and I don’t like to be the closing person every night.

 

So now, for expressing my concern for the employees, I have some my own plans. I would give write the thank card by sending them an e-mail and I would offer some flowers or free food and candies for them. I would remake the schedule for them so that they have time to get together with their family and have fun. I would also work with them and join them for encouraging their good job. I will arrange the special time for them so that they can talk with me about everything they think about the job.

  We give free food coupons to our guest. There is ticket discount if you participate in the competition.We train staffs for good service. We lend rubber tubes and flutter boards by free.

Staffs can play at waterpark by free. We hold some events such as pool party and optional trips for staffs. We give gifts to staffs in some holidays to encourage them. Leader evaluates works of staffs and praised their efforts. We do a questionnaire for staffs, and we improve the work environment and they can tell their ideas for making creative pool park.  

I think that the best way to encourage the workers is to consider their opinion, helping them solve problems, and giving feedback. Also that we can motivate them establishing goals for them and giving some types of recognition for good job or goals achieved with different types of recognitions like days off, more flexibility for establishing their shifts or some extra money. Also, they can be more motivate if we take care of their workplace, replacing items that are not able to use, in bad terms, so if their position are always in the best conditions they probably will be happier than if not.

Here at our quick service restaurants, we reward our employees or staff with a family meal for lunch and dinner. If you are caught not doing your job or slacking off, you will lose that privilege for a whole week! Our chef rewards employees that go above and beyond or excel in their work performance to a one-week vacation to Hawaii. Those who work hard will always get rewarded, and I believe rewarding employees this way keeps them motivated.

In the park operations department, our staff will be recognized with words of appreciation and prizes. We understand that it will be a challenging job to maintain our park operations running smoothly and keeping everyone safe. It is important that we recognize the staff that is going above and beyond for doing so, in order motivate them to continue. They will always receive words of appreciation from managers and supervisors and in most cases also receive a prize. The prizes will include, lunch-on-us vouchers, complimentary park tickets for friends and family, and, the opportunity to pick a day off. These will be given after a certain number of recognitions have been earned. After the first recognition, our staff will be recognized with words of appreciation. After the second it will be a lunch-on-us voucher, after the third, it will be complimentary park tickets, and after the fourth, they will get to pick a day off.
