Welcome to SPADIS. SPADIS is the name of our company which comes from the first two letters of Splashy Adventure Island. This water park will be constructed in Shreveport, Louisiana.  This water park will be conducted in Shreveport, Louisiana, also this is one part of our resort which includes a theme park, casino boutique hotel, rain, indoor sky resort, moderate hotel and environmental complex. Our water park’s theme is tropical, so customers can feel tropical environment whenever they come to the water park. The name of our water park is ‘Splashy Adventure Island’. 

         Six executives; Adrian del Hoyo, Anthony Reyes, Haruka Kuwakubo, Kana Watanabe, Mengying Tong, Qing B Lin, will manage this water park and they have each executive role. We will have pool sections, bathhouse, five quick service restaurants, two merchandise stores for customers. We will try to keep quality standards; Awareness, Cleanliness, Professional, Passion. Awareness is our most important quality standard because we consider that safety is first and at the water park there are so many danger of being injured. Each executive sets job positions, job descriptions, job training, and recognition plans. In addition, we decided global campaign, company logo, plans for guests with special needs, treasure hunting, poster, SWOT analysis for the success of our business.
